What does not quarantining mean? She will go t of the grocery store...or she will be hanging out at a bar? How risky is her behavior.

A little off topic, but I am a parent of two teens and can guarantee that they are social distancing. They are home with me. Are other teens out? No doubt. But just because you see some or even many teens out doesn't mean that every teen is out.
OP’s nanny is at work at OP’s house all day and you think her teens are home and isolated?

Also just went with a nanny that has minimal risk. Meaning she has no family and lives alone. That made me feel more comfortable with a new baby in the house

if you want to find another nanny i'd advise you to start asap. I am ending maternity leave shortly and basically spent all of leave interviewing nannies until I found one I felt comfortable with. I don't think you are overreacting, these are difficult times and having a baby adds to the stress. I would not be comfortable with that level of risk. We were able to find someone who we are comfortable with, recognizing that everyone will carry some risk.

Your nanny’s teenagers were NEVER social distancing or isolating. Just accept that.
And you can try but it’s doubtful you’ll find another good nanny now.
