Yeah, I'm the PP who was then told there's no such thing as a Jew Buddhist. It's been around for a long time. It's not like an official, sanctioned thing--whatever that might mean in religions as decentralized as Judaism and Buddhism--but it has a Wikipedia article, so it's not like I'm making it up!

My fellow Jew Buddhists include Leonard Cohen, Allen Ginsburg, Philip Glass, and Mandy Pitinkin. So it's definitely a thing!

Yes, but that's why in this country we have the Jewish vote, white vote, Black vote, Catholic vote, with ads and campaigns designed to each group etc. Of course all people have diverse opinions, I mean you have Black votes for Trump, but in general?

The only thing I’ve heard them mentioned has been in the context of their kids attending a Jewish day school where most families are politically liberal.
