At the end of the day, the rich will be getting richer, and their spawn will be fine, no matter what, and the poor will be getting poorer with their offspring getting even less educated and losing their already paltry chances at a decent life.

I agree with this. I also think churches should not be in person and salons should be closed. Splash pads, amusement parks, and any other high attendance places that aren't going to allow for social distancing should also be closed. If you want my honest opinion, I think pleasure travel to hot spot states should be curtailed, too. This won't happen, of course.
