I know this will seem random, but I would take time off work starting now just to avoid sitting in a chair. Use this time to squat, get on all 4's, lay down with lots of pillows - stuff to help get baby in a good position. Sitting in an office chair (and commuting in a car) is really bad for alignment.

I feel the same way, and I also had six months of leave with each of my kids. Worked until I went into labor with all 3.
