I don’t think people care about GPS more than that they were a large, established club that was able to franchise. The point being, size is not really insular to bad management, reputation or a fragile economy.
It is more an example of those supporters here who believe that a club like Loudoun is to big to fail. In the same way that Bethesda took a pounding on these boards over the way they handled the refunds and cancellation, and field conditions of their tournament two years ago they were forced to make changes to win local and distant clubs back to their tournament.
Bethesda learned a valuable lesson that their tournament was not to big to fail and they took the necessary steps.
Loudoun upset a lot of their customers and frankly have done nothing to win them back.
They did though! They reduced their fees 10%. I think Loudoun is the way to go! 1 2 3 Loudoun!
