Ha. But actually, I did! 3/4 of an inch from the spine expanding. I noticed this for the first time about about 6 months of yoga,10 years ago. But actually I think you know what I meant
I did lol. Actually, similar thing happened to me too, not from yoga but from eating better and, running, and strength training. I was 5’4” ever since I stopped growing in my teens, when I embarked on my fitter, healthier life I also grew about 3/4 inches (I guess from better posture and better muscles holding everything up) so now I call myself 5’5”
