I wished I had advocated more. For my 2nd, I tore again. I was stitched up. I was in a ton of pain until my 6 week appointment when my normal OB cut my stitches. I felt a lot of relief then. I wished I’d had them cut earlier but OBs don’t want to see you before 6 weeks. I now look like Frankenstein. It’s so lumpy and gross. I cried when I finally looked with a mirror. I can feel all the scar tissue too. I had two very small tears too. No pain during sex though. But it’s embarrassing and I always hope Dh doesn’t comment on it.

It was so bad previously that it wasn’t enjoyable for either of us. He is also much more satisfied now.
