Nobody asked what the average family income was at Potomac, or your own, but thanks for the helpful brag post. 🙄

We were very happy with distance learning this year ( rising first grader) but of course are hoping for more in person time this fall. Also, we did tour Potomac but it felt very large and overwhelming for the younger years. We did not apply there but would definitely consider it later. Not every child is ready for a huge campus at 5 years old. I have friends there who love it for their children but I know Langley was the best fit for us at this stage. It is a very warm and nurturing environment. The parents we’ve met have been very low-key, welcoming and friendly which has also helped.

We are disgruntled FCPS parents and are looking at options for the 2020-21 school year if there is space anywhere. I'd be interested in others' experiences with distance learning as well as the regular school experience.
Good school, but you are well past the admissions deadlines for the year. Are they still accepting applications for both of those grades?
Are they any okay privates for 2020-21 school year accepting? W rare fine with robust DL, just things like Laurel Springs is just a correspondence course.
