He's also against playgrounds. Those were open in the rest of MD in Phase 1a.


Actually they were open in the pre-Phase 1 measures Hogan took the week before MD went into Phase 1A.

Agreed, it makes no sense to allow restaurants to open at 50% indoors capacity but pools to be lap swimming only. The man is an idiot.
