I have seen these proposals, but cannot imagine that they would possibly work at the school where I am on staff. Many, many parents don’t speak English, don’t follow communications from the school, and don’t even walk their kids to school. The kids just show up outside the school, often 30 minutes before school starts, even in the winter. There is no way they are going to follow a plan of Kid 1 on Monday, Kid 2 on Tuesday, etc.

I don't what the big deal is. The problem is enclosed areas- areas open to the elements are a lower risk. Let's break out the jaws of life of make some convertible buses!
More seriously, I don't think MoCo schools are going to reopen in the fall. And yes, I think that's probably stupid if things continue according to the current trends.

What happens when Jake decides he won’t wear the mask. Does the bus pull over and wait by the side of the road for Jake’s Mommy to come get him? Or does Jake get to get away with it because he can’t be allowed to hold a bus with 55 other people hostage? Pretty sure if he gets away with it, Devin will join him tomorrow and the number of non-compliant kids will grow exponentially.
