Why couldn’t they operate in DC?
I can't see any way to run buses full of kids while maintaining distance and ratios. They'd have to run way more buses, because you could put fewer kids on each bus. The limits are something like 9 kids and one counselor in a group. They'd have to run a dozen buses.

Anonymous wrote:both sandy spring and camp sonshine have huge campuses. i'd imagine they are planning to mostly be outdoors. but I think they also have enough classroom space for bring the groups indoors in a contained space. i'm speculating.
