Subject: When is your nanny coming back?
We are in the same situation. We have been paying our nanny since mid-March and she isn't working. But we are going to have to stop. I have a pre-existing condition and she can't really come back safely. She has been with us for 5+ years and we were hoping to have it work out, but I can't see how. We are both worried about our own jobs now.

I recognize it has been a while.
That said I am not looking for advice - plenty of thst to go around. I was looking for a survey of what other people have actually done. Please - posts from other people with nannies and their experiences. As I said I am not looking to judge just to understand the spectrum better of what might be done. Thank you!
No judgment.
Most people hire a nanny for these situations and they have continued to work as that is why you go with a nanny vs. day care.
