+1. I’ve done all kinds of food journaling, macro monitoring, clean eating whole 30 whatever and the best indication of if I will lose weight is whether I’m stressed or hormonal.
If you’re anxious or otherwise emotional you release cortisol (one more thing to worry about, I know!)
