Yes
And I will add that calling U15 players "cast-offs" shows the lack of class.

Arlington was close to elite in my eyes and since they didn't receive the badge who will? Any other club joins then people will scream that the league is being watered down
It’s not about elite clubs. It’s about propping up existing ECNL clubs. The about 1/2 of the ECNL clubs in the area are having serious problems in the 08’s and 07’s. Those clubs are desperate to recruit from surrounding clubs. If you let those clubs in you can not do that.
Again, you make no sense. You don't need to take clubs in. You need to take their players. That's what happens when you have one top league. The best players automatically migrate to the top teams causing strong competition. Having "rival" leagues causes dilution. USSF destroyed this with creating the GDA. Prior to this, ECNL was twice as strong. It will get back to this in a couple of years. Trust me, if your club doesn't have ECNL, they will lose their best players. Its not debatable.

Pendejo, Please read and get through you troubled logic -- We are asking about the Conference structure and potential trips. Obviously, we realize that there is travel involved but we are not looking for unlimited travel.
Except for when you laughed off the notion of DA's being added. Or at least many ECNL boosters did. Expansion is obviously on the horizon, now it is a matter of what VA clubs will be added. And frankly, the pressure to split the MA is likely coming from the Carolina clubs feeling a trip to VA is just not worth the money for the competition.
