What does this mean? In FCPS a 92.6 is an A and the teacher has no discretion to make it an A-. If not FCPS, of course FCPS rules are unimportant.

It’s on the cusp. Could go either way. Maybe teacher based it on classroom participation and effort in deciding which way to round?

When I went to high school in FCPS in the 90s it was a B+. They did not do A-. A was 94-100. B+ was 90-93.
