It's very hard for me to believe that there are people who sincerely believe this.

As far as I know, there is no constitutional right to board public transportation with uncovered nose and mouth.

You would think, but I saw a pregnant young woman with a toddler on her hip in the grocery store. Neither had masks. I always carry a couple extras so I offered them and she laughed in my face. From what I observed as we stood in line, no one else said anything to her. Including store employees.
