I'm Asian and I don't think so- only the ones that have enough money and time to pour energy into keeping their youthful appearances, just like white ppl.
However I recently discovered this guy in Singapore, and he definitely does not look his age (mid 50s)!

I'm in my mid 50's and I agree. There are some angles/lighting where I could pass for much younger than I really am and there are some pictures where I look older than I am.
Vera Wang has a teeny tiny waist. Does she have children? She also has a youthful aura about her - not sure if that's the right word. But her presence "feels" young if that makes sense.

She and Hillary are only 2 years apart and lets just say Hillary looks an unhealthy decade older.

I think when you get older, you can look vastly different in different photos, depending on light, positioning, amount of sleep, hydration, etc. I'm in my early 50s and have taken photos where I look 40 and photos where I look 60.
