Unless you guys have an agreed upon situation, pre-covid, where he makes most of the money and you do most of the childcare, and your work is clearly secondary (like if he is a lawyer making $500k a year and you do some bookkeeping from home on the side for $40k a year or something) he should absolutely be pitching in on childcare. Just cause your work is a bit flexible and his is rigid doesn't mean a 100%/0% divide during the work day. Maybe 80/20 or 90/10 at LEAST.
