Ours is an EPCC. They said they haven’t received payment from the state for April and are concerned about making payroll. I tweeted at Hogan’s communications director, who is normally responsive. No response. I’m calling Annapolis on Monday. It’s unconscionable because the EPCCs can’t charge essential workers and have to pay for their own sanitization, so it’s very expensive childcare to provide.
