People take public transit to get to work and many of them don't have any other options. It's more dangerous. But the benefits are much higher as well, and banning decisions are made based on a combination of those things.

I was thinking I wish my sons coach was still comfortable having lessons. It’s one of the few activities I think I’d be ok with right now....outdoors, 2 people, minimal risk.

Jealousy is a bad look. If I had a tennis court I would be using it. That has nothing to do with professional players inability to access courts. I've been a stay-at-home person but I would open tennis courts in a second. Touching the same tennis ball is not going to spread the virus.

Yeah, it’s low-risk for just one family to be there. But it wouldn’t be good for 4-5 families to be using all the courts. Since other families are following the rules and staying away, why the F can’t your cousin?

Tennis is the only thing keeping our family sane. Our tennis pros and DH and I have read and follow all guidelines to a T. Tennis can be the perfect social distance sport.

Tennis is low risk. I would say one of the lowest risks. I don’t think the courts should have ever been closed.
