I don't pee on my hands when I take a leak so if they need a washing after touching my penis, maybe I should pull it out and wash it in the sink, too.

There is microscopic spray and splatter from the urine hitting the water and bowl which backsplashes onto your hands, so even hands free means you have urine on your hands (well I guess you can put them behind your back while you pee if you yank your pants down and have good hands free aim.

I am a guy who washes his hands every time he goes to the restroom, no matter what the hour.

But at home, the risk is small. The worst case would be some GI issues, obviously not a COVID19 concern.

Yes, me too. I'm not scrubbing my hands like like I would if I had returned from the grocery store, but it takes almost no time with a little soap and water. I think I'm definitely going to stop shaking hands after all this is over.
