Ice, compression and rest. For compression, a wide elastic ace bandage around your hammie will help immensely and speed up the process by a alot. They also make compression sleeves for hamstrings that are easier to use because you can slip them on, but sizing is important so you'd be taking a guess if you ordered online.
Hamstrings can be really nagging injuries if you don't handle them correctly. Be very careful about going out running again. Once you feel 100%, you need to work back up to it, starting with walks.

Can you share what you have? I have an autoimmune and suspect I am developing another one that attacks my muscles. I'm trying to find a doctor that will see me for the potential of Mysthenia gravis but most places aren't starting new people right now.
Are you sure of the autoimmune disease? Mitochondrial disease can cause muscle fatigue and pain and can be similar to myasthenia gravis.
