Which version of Blokus are you referring to?
DP - either Blokus or Blokus Jr is fine. You can play Blokus Duo (2 player) with two colors avoiding the two outside rows. Jr (hard to find now) has dry slightly bigger pieces and a couple different pieces. I enjoy two-player Blokus or Jr as an adult vs kids or adults.

Push all the cooperative games at this age. Will help your kid not be a competitive asshole, which mine would have been if we didn’t start with the right games at 3/4 years old. Specific recommendations: Sum Swamp, Hoot Owl Hoot, Feed the Woozle, Race to the Treasure, First Orchard, the Sneaky Snacky Squirrel.

Co-op games are the big thing right now. Perfect for multi ages too.
We love Hoot Hoot Owl especially since you can make it easy/medium/hard depending on how many owls you want to get onto the nest before the sun rises.

Lego. The fancier sets require more fine motor control and attention to detail than most 4 year olds have, but the simple yellow box sets would be a good start.

My puzzle-loving 4 year old does 100 piece puzzles on the regular. The only brands were buying in my opinion are Mudpuppy, Janod, and EeBoo. Ravensburger is good too, but not our favorite.
She also loves Uno, Old Maid, Go Fish, Magnatiles, Keva Planks, Plus Plus blocks, Legos (not the duplos), Sorry, etc.
Finally, look up cooperative board games. Your littlest can join in. Basically it's all the players against some character in the game, so no one "wins" in the traditional sense. I know Haba and EeBoo make them.

We got some pattern play blocks from mindware. The way it works is that they have different designs and then you manipulate the blocks to match the designs or you can make up your own It's great because it's a lot more open-ended than a typical puzzle but it requires a lot of the same skills

Other puzzle brands that are good quality include mudpuppy (my favorite ones actually) and crocodile creek. Have a look at a puzzle game like bunny peek a boo or others by Smart Games.

My almost 4 year also loves puzzles. She's really into:
- Guess Who
- Hi Ho Cherrio
- Candyland
Other than games, she learning puzzles too. We have ones that match shapes and words and things that rhyme. All good options.
