Technically, none of the FCPS fields (Longfellow, Franklin Sherman, and Cooper) are open.
it is not true. My kid plays soccer with five other kids at Franklin Sherman yesterday and they even said hi to the security officer who drove through the school. No issue.
They're not open. That security officer let you off easy. Are you white?

The fields are actually closed. But, I have seen, too, police officers are not saying anything to people using the fields.
