So that part... bolded below.. would suggest that nobody has been judged as of yet?...
so in theory Aunt Lola or Uncle Steve should not be in Heaven or Hell or even Purgatory?...
because they have not been judged?

I'd definitely say it was Abel. He's called righteous in Genesis 4, and Chris Himself refers to him as a prophet. And he's the first one mentioned as dying.
