I just got new bedding with lots of decorative pillows, and I literally just ordered a small chaise lounge for my room, mainly to have a place to put the pillows on at night.

I also put two comforters in our duvet covers. I like the weight and warmth.
Each room has a bench or chair at the bottom of the bed to hold the euro and nicer pillows at night.
I also have a friend who stays over regularly, so I take extra care to make sure the guest room feels really special and comfortable.
