Agree, think she is more adorable than beautiful.

The son took over management of the estate years ago. The women are likely long gone.

She seems like a nice enough woman, and she was raised in British high society as her mom is a socialite of some sort.

Aww, I didn't realize how close she and her husband were.

Here they are in a bridal party together as kids.

They are related through marriage too. Emma's much-older half brother is married to her husband's aunt.

He's 10 years her senior but he looks nice and they look happy in those pictures. I don't know how to pronounce his name: Ceawlin Thynn.

Well, he is good looking too. Certainly better than baldy William and sausage faced Charles and Crypt Keeper Philips. Nice kids, beautiful and elegant wife...lovely castle.

He looks like he's in his 50s. He's only 45.

A lot of drama in their lives. According to his Wikipedia page, Ceawlin experienced this:

In 1996, Thynn was injured in a building collapse in Paharganj, New Delhi,[5] which killed his fiancée, Jane Kirby, and his business partner, Crinan Wilde.

They'll be kicked out if they haven't already. I hope they stocked up on cash favors from him before he died.

I can't wait to see what Emma does with the interior. The old Earl had horrible taste.

He had his personal artwork everywhere.

Just noting for Anglophiles: This is the family that owns Longleat; the new Marquess's grandfather was one of the first of the nobility to open his home as a tourist destination and now Longleat is home to a famous animal park and other attractions. It's actually notably well run, from what I have read. When the pandemic finally lifts enough that we can travel safely again, visit Longleat especially if you have kids; it's both interesting as a fun day out and fascinating as an example of how some of the aristocracy embraced commercialization of their properties very successfully.

SEE-aw-lin, according to the internets. Apparently it was the name of the king of Wessex back in the day.
