Just quarantine together. I know friends who have decided to do that. Two families and their kids are socializing, but not with anyone else and staying home otherwise. I don’t have a friend family who lives close, and all members of my family wouldn’t get tired of. But that seems ok to me, if they are serious about limiting their activities.
