Ugh this makes me sad. My family went to Swain's Lock near Great Falls last week Thursday in the early evening and it was relatively empty. The parking was full but the lot can only accommodate may 20 cars anyway.

I don’t know. Haven’t lived in sterling for awhile. Was able to access paths when visiting last year though.
