In other words, it’s a very loyal school in terms of alumni.
My grads recruit and hire my grads and yes this happens with other schools and fields, but some companies exclusively recruit there and a tiny other number of schools.

I find this hard to believe unless you're talking about a Pittsburgh-based small business.
