+1. I work for a small non-profit (less than 10 employees) and now my husband and I both work from home and at the same time, we have to watch both kids, age 4 and 2. I wish to get lay off so that I can collect unemployment and just watch the kids. You can take 12 weeks of paid leave. There are upper limits to how muhc you can be paid, but it may still be worth it.
