Subject: To anyone who owns a small business *under 10 employees how to handle?

You can take 12 weeks of paid leave. There are upper limits to how muhc you can be paid, but it may still be worth it.

OP beware- employers with <50 employees can apply for exemptions with the DOL. If your employer has <10 employees odds are good they will get one. FYI. Few employers of that size have the cash flow (particularly a non profit) to float that.
