Did OP's boyfriend find this thread? The first part reads like an item from the problem list of behaviors, although the second part is oddly self aware.

Do you have a history of dysfunctional relationships? That’s the only reason I can offer that would explain why you have stayed for 2 years.

Leave him, like, yesterday. You are young and still have options. It's time to go.

OP: Yeah, I'm mostly just trying to process where I am. I think I let so much slide for so long, I didn't realize how toxic it had gotten. This is kind of just my rationalization chart.

Don’t be a drama queen. You’re dating a weirdo not OJ.

This is NUTS. I am married. When I want to have sex, I ask DH if he wants to too. If I think he's upset, I give him some space for a while, then hang out around him and when he's ready he will tell me what's bothering him. Just under 50% of our hobbies overlap, I would say. If something the other of us is doing (or not doing) bothers us, we say something. Kindly, but we say something.

YOUR BOYFRIEND IS TOTALLY INCORRECT. Move on.

OP: The extent of his strange views wasn't apparent until the past few months. We had some bickering, and he always distanced himself from me for quite a while afterward, and I just let him have his space. It wasn't until I started urging him not to wallow in his anger for days/weeks and move on so we could have a happy relationship did I know why he was doing it.

As they say, if someone isn’t married by 37, there’s a problem. Run, don’t walk, away from this weird weirdo.

Get out. You're only 32. Plenty of other options for you.

OP: Unfortunately not. This isn't even a comprehensive list. It's just the top few bizarre things I could think of.
