Not true. Lots of people who live over the VA/WV border commute into the DC metro area to work and because the cost of living is lower this is a lot more blue collar jobs and skilled labor and these people have not been working from home. Not only do they work in the area, the stop to eat and shop as well.

Don’t be deceived: their hospitals are already overwhelmed with cases and have basically shit down for everything other than COVID. The government is not counting most of these cases in an inadvertent coverup.
Many countries cover things up. Our country does it inadvertently through incompetence.

My DC is under quarantine yet will not be tested due to young age and milder symptoms aka not having trouble breathing. DC had direct contact so therefore thought likely to have it based on symptoms. Doctor spouse must still report to work and is told not to wear a mask when not in direct care with a patient that is positive for COVID 19. And they will not test him since he has no symptoms.
