Wait, this is crazy. My Apple Watch says mine is 48!!

50. I walk 7 miles per day, five days per week.

My heart rate is always between 100-150. I’ve always had a high heart rate, not sure why. And, yes, I’ve seen a cardiologist and a pulmonologist.

56 average. It's low, I know.

My doctors always look at me and say it's because I'm so athletic. I'm not. I tore my back two years ago, stopped running, and gained ten pounds. I can hide it in clothes because I'm tall.

So the doctors don't really know why. I think it's just always been low. I'm no athlete anymore.

My Fitbit says that my resting heart rate is 64 or so, and it varies. But when I look at my pulse, it’s almost always higher. Checking your pulse at one moment, even when resting, is not a reflection of your resting heart rate.

Mine's around 80-85. But I consume a lot of caffeine and getting anxious about it just makes it higher. Doctor has never remarked on it. When I went to urgent care last month for the flu, it was more like 115 and they did tell me that was high.

Mine is typically high 50s low 60s.

Some peope have normally low blood pressre so high bpm compensates for it.

Mine is usually around 90. BP is always low, though.

Had mine checked a couple of weeks ago (strep test) and it was 69.

I'm a 53 year old, overweight but active female.

Over the last 30 days my Apple Watch says 78bpm average.

Mine is 60. I'm 38, 5'4" and about 140lbs. Still need to lose the baby weight. My pulse has always been low and I'm always cold since my blood pressure is low too. I'm not particularly active right now beyond chasing the kids and gardening. When I was pregnant and was another 30 lbs up it was at 79 and very very uncomfortable all the time.

Mine is pretty slow - in the 50s. I am chubby/overweight and have low blood pressure. Was told to see a cardiologist. **eye roll**
