All that will do is make her want more. I’d email something along the lines of "I just want to confirm you are no longer interested so I can move forward with another buyer at this time" acting like there is another buyer.

When I started the renovation, the nosy neighbors pounced. I was there for a week. I didn't give much thought to the buyer after she came to see condo in its pre reno state. She stayed in touch with me, begging me to let her know before listing. Neighbors also were intrusive when my contractor was there. Trust me, they wanted this condo. Their friends wanted them to buy it.
I just want to list it! Friend (realtor) said I should feel the buyer out. She said to call rather than email. I just want to disengage and move on, but virus!
Seriously, anyone have a referral in Ft Lauderdale? Should I just list it on FSBO sites? Buyers/realtors should bite?
