A nanny is basically part of the immediate family in terms of social distancing.
Not unless she actually lives in your house and never leaves it.

DH and I are both working from home and Nanny was been an amazing and cheerful influence on all of us. We live in a small two bedroom condo so keeping our spirits up is no small feat. She has given up her social life and only sees us.
Thank you, Nanny, and a collective thank you to all the nannies out there who are so devoted to our children.
+2. It’s nice to hear an employer do something other than criticize.
And a nanny do something other than complain.

I'm in a similar situation. My nanny insists she has been very careful and distancing herself, along with her roommate. BUT, I also found my nanny heating up milk in plastic bottles after I repeatedly asked her to only use glass for heat, so, I simply don't trust her enough.
