The capital crescent trail in Bethesda was a packed superhighway on Saturday. Too many newbies who didn't know the rules of the road almost getting run over by asshole bikers who were too impatient to slow down for grandmas and little kids. It made me nervous to look at all of it. I am definitely looking to ramp up my running.
