That’s just stupidity and wishful thinking. CDC states it’s very effective at person to person transmission which weather has No bearing on. It only makes a large impact on how long the virus can survive on surfaces infected with the virus.

My DH isn’t stationed at Belvoir but he was there twice for medical appointments this week. Awesome.

Yup, DD and I were just at that hospital yesterday. And of course we got lost and ended up wandering by the infectious disease clinic where a handful of young guys wearing masks were waiting to be seen.
