TP should only allow electric ride share (Uber/Lyft) vehicles to pick up/drop off in TP.
TP should require all business to only use and sell sustainable products. All commercial buildings should be required to have solar.
TP should make water filling stations available everywhere.
TP should require ALL home owners and flippers to ONLY use sustainable products AND there should be a heavy tax for removing anything that is not damaged beyond use. It is incredibly wasteful to knock down walls, rip out perfectly usable cabinets and vanities just because you want to be on trend, and other decor over environment choices that seem to be happening all the time in TP now.
TP should also start to build more apartment building to replace single family house. High density is eco friendly.
You sound fun
Bingo.
The single family home is THE biggest waster of resources on the planet, short of air travel.
They need to be razed. Every single one of them.

Plus, these bans always grandfather in older existing structures - they’re usually about new construction and renovation. Leaf blowers are already banned in TKPK...I live there.
Also, I think many (most?) chefs prefer induction.
Induction stoves are the worst. Gas is the best. You can instantly turn off and on your heat source and much finer control with gas than induction and electric stoves.
Gas stoves are horrible indoor air pollution creators.Research. You are breathing all this. It is like having a running car at home.
