That's an extremely high score, as I'm sure you knew before posting-- if your DD is struggling in some areas of school with a score like that, it would merit some exploration.

IQ, possible neuropsych if there is significant discrepancy between potential and output.

I agree with ADD or some combination of that and anxiety, which often go together. Girls are typically overlooked for ADD because they tend to be less disruptive. I would get a full evolution.
