About 95% of us wouldn’t have drivers licenses anymore and we probably all think we’d be in that 5%. It might actually be a good thing.

People who speed through stop signs or go the wrong way on one-way streets (both specialties in my neighborhood).
People who go around someone waiting to turn right at a crosswalk.
(You can tell I am a pedestrian 5 days of the week.)

While I'm stopped, waiting for him to cross, the car behind me comes screaming up to my tail, pulls around me, and drives right through the crosswalk while the pedestrian is directly in front of my car.
That driver gets my vote for having his license yanked.
