Skinny Pasta is a brand of Konjac noodle - very low calorie (9 calories per serving), no carbs, they are mostly fiber. This is the only brand of this type of noodle that I care for.
I make a delicious Pho using ground chicken meatballs, Skinny Pasta, fresh garlic, ginger, salt, pepper chicken broth, spring onions and Bok Choy. It's filling and low calorie.
