My DS uses this too. When he actually uses it consistently (he doesn’t), you can tell the difference.

And use a shampoo with no parabens or sulfates.

I switched, and now rarely get bacne.

Shampoo and conditioner with no silicone or sulfates really helps with back acne. If an ingredient ends in "cone" it's a silicone. We use this drugstore brand:

Both of my kids use this for back acne. It works really really well.
