If you need to get high regularly that banning smoking pot in buildings is an issue for you, you might consider that you have a problem with it.

Nobody's talking about prohibiting the Puff Daddy's of the world from going outside to get their fixes.
Sounds to me like they're just taking into consideration the non-smokers in apartments who are literally getting 2nd-handed to death by their neighbors.

Nobody's talking about prohibiting the Puff Daddy's of the world from going outside to get their fixes.
