What about Maggie? Both Molly and Maggie are nicknames for Margaret I do believe. But you could even skip the longer name I think.

I think Molly is actually a nickname for Mary in it's origin but doesn't really matter because it's definitely it's own name at this point. I think of Maggie still as exclusively a nickname (for Margaret) but I suppose it doesn't have to be.
