This! I use the right words (no "seed" or anything like that). And then brace for follow up questions. I haven't had to get into the mechanics of EXACTLY how this all happens yet. My daughter is starting to ask more questions about how the baby gets out because my "the doctor helps you" is apparently not cutting it.
