I don't understand this mentality. Haggling is, like, a few hours of work at most. AT MOST. It will save you *THOUSANDS* of dollars.

I'm curious how this would work for a used car. Since there are so many variables involved with a used car (condition, mileage, etc), I feel like the dealership would be hesitant to try and match Carmax's offer.
