Either way, a medical excuse is usually time-limited to recovery period and specific about why. Yours is time-limited to “the length of your contract” and the reason is “because this is too hard for me.” Not particularly difficult to see you’re just trying to get out of paying.
No way. The entire reason gyms are so successful is they prey on people like OP who go in on Jan 1, sign up for 18 month contracts, go 3x, then never show up again. If they refunded everyone who figured out they actually can’t hack regular visits to the gym they would never make money.
