Nope. No way. You get hot running and it only burns about 100 calories a mile. So unless you are 300+ lbs - no way.

Try Down Dog yoga. The first few times I took it, I was so tired afterward, I had to take a nap. I also think that Bikram is really good though I don’t go anymore because of the scandals. Some hot yoga with weights classes at Core Power also seem really challenging.
