Her "through the night" stretch started around 10:30-11. One night we put her down for her last nap around 9 and she woke up at 5am. I realized she couldn't get that long stretch sleeping in our room, because if she woke up or fussed I jumped up to settle her (bc DH was back at work so I didn't want him to have to wake up), whereas in her own crib she was fussing a little and then settling back down.
Something similar to PP, just after 4 months. We had her sleeping in pack and play bassinet, and she slept through the night like a champ. One night she woke up with inconsolable screaming that lasted over an hour in the middle of the night. At some point she spit up all over, so I put her down in her crib while getting new clothes out of the drawer. Go figure, all of a sudden she settled down and was all smiley. Once she was changed, I put her back in the crib to wash my hands. By the time I was back, she was pretty much back to sleep. We decided to leave her there for the rest of the night. She didn't seem to notice that she never went back to the pack and play after that night.
